Basic concepts used in this Agreement: Site – this is a combination of texts, graphic elements, design, images, program code, photo and video materials, and other results of intellectual activity, contained on the Internet under the domain name: northerncyprusforsale.com Site Administration (Administration, Operator) – the company Northern Cyprus For Sale
User – is any person who has entered the Site and accepted the terms of this Agreement, regardless of the fact of undergoing registration and authorization procedures.
AGREEMENT ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
By this agreement, the user confirms their consent to the processing of personal data by the company Northern Cyprus For Sale: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, exclusively for the purpose of providing the User with services that were requested by the site visitor (showing/selling/renting apartments and villas from the developer in Northern Cyprus).
The Site Administration guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. We do not transfer data to third parties.
This consent applies to the following personal data of the User: surname, first name, and patronymic, email address, contact phone number, Skype.
By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User agrees to receive promotional mailings from the Site Administration by phone (in the form of SMS messages and calls) and by email. The User has the right to refuse to receive promotional mailings at any time by sending a written notification to the email [email protected].
The term of consent is unlimited, however, the User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the email [email protected],
The provision of personal data by the User contributes to the improvement of the quality of products and services of Northern Cyprus For Sale, in the absence of (non-presentation of any personal data) Northern Cyprus For Sale may not be able to adequately provide some services.
Our relationship with the User is based on professionalism, all data on real estate objects are checked and reliable, the site is created in accordance with the legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
